Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Design and backtest novel quantitative trading strategies based on our proprietary S-R-P framework.
- Apply advanced statistical and machine learning techniques to model high-frequency market behavior.
- Lead research projects analyzing market reactions to macroeconomic events.
- Author internal white papers and potentially co-author academic articles on our research findings.
- Mentor junior analysts and contribute to the firm's culture of scientific rigor and innovation.
Qualifications
- PhD in a quantitative STEM field (e.g., Chemistry, Physics, Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering).
- Demonstrated experience in data analysis, signal processing, and statistical modeling.
- Strong proficiency in Python or R for data manipulation and analysis.

Position Overview
We are seeking a seasoned Senior Trader to oversee real-time trade execution, manage intraday risk, and mentor our team of junior analysts. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of disciplined trading in U.S. index futures and a deep understanding of market mechanics. You will be a key part of the senior leadership team responsible for approving trades and ensuring our strategies are executed with precision.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and approve trade execution plans from junior analysts in a 24/5 market environment.
- Manage intraday risk across multiple proprietary trading accounts.
- Provide real-time coaching and mentorship to a team of six junior market analysts.
- Collaborate with the research team to refine and implement trading strategies.
- Maintain detailed trade logs and contribute to performance review sessions.
- Ensure all trading activities adhere to the firm's risk management protocols and prop firm rules.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience trading U.S. index futures (e.g., NQ, ES) in a proprietary or retail environment.
